Sarah Christoffersen

Growing up, Sarah specialized in inventing elaborate stories of adventure and survival, often
dragging her siblings and friends into increasingly ridiculous scenarios. Eventually, she
discovered writing was a far more practical (and socially acceptable) way to unleash the ideas
lurking in her feral imagination.

She has a degree in criminal justice and a passion for forensics, but found her calling as an
elementary school librarian—because kids are so much cooler than criminals. When not writing
books or training for the zombie apocalypse, she frequently disappears into the rugged mountains
and unforgiving deserts on the back of a horse.

Sarah currently lives in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains with her two questionable trail
horses, a pair of chaotic pack goats, and a few too many chickens.
