Carrie Anne Bradshaw

Carrie Anne graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2001, with a Bachelor of Arts in Studio painting. A few years later, she earned a Master’s Degree in Illustration from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.

Carrie Anne loves getting her hands on all kinds of media to make art with, including recently adding digital to the list. Her illustrations are mostly rendered in watercolor with the use of ink, colored pencil, or gouache. She likes to challenge herself to create images that are full of color and give a sense of movement and whimsy.

In her spare time, Carrie Anne loves to oil paint, needle felt, and go on hikes with her kiddo. She is also obsessed with the ocean, fish that swim in it, ghost stories, good coffee, and baking.

Currently, Carrie Anne lives in the SF Bay Area with her husband Clyde, and daughter Lily.

She is a member of SCBWI.
