Ike was born in Houston, Texas in 1962 and at two years of age appeared on his father’s local
children’s program, The Cadet Don Show. From that very first experience a desire to be a part of television and movies grew in hm. By his ninth birthday the desire became reality and he entered show business. Ike’s career quickly took off, and by eleven years of age, he co-stared in Walt Disney’s Escape to Witch Mountain. From guest-starring roles in every iconic 1970s show from Gunsmoke to Fantasy Island, his childhood career encompassed over sixty guest-starring appearances in television including six co-starring roles for The Walt Disney Studios and a co-starring role in the NBC series The Fantastic Journey before he graduated high school.
Ike’s career seamlessly continued into adulthood and included numerous titles such as
Dreams Don’t Die, Star Trek II: the Wrath of Khan and the Academy Award nominated Cross Creek. He then left the world of on-camera acting to work in postproduction audio and provided
custom voice work for over one thousand movies.
Ike now enjoys a very busy retirement in central Florida co-hosting the Pop Culture Retro
podcast and working on several writing projects.
