Margaret Frattaroli is a Middle Grade author with a love of fantasy and adventure. They are genres that she started reading when she was told she was too young for them and continued reading when she was told she was too old for them. She comes from a family legacy of writers (including her mother and grandmother) and has wanted to be an author since before she fully understood how letters worked.

Margaret teaches history to middle school students by day and she very much hopes she makes dead people seem as interesting as fictional ones. That being said, after hours spent focusing on things that really happened, it is always a relief to write about things that didn't. Although, a bit of history works its way in on occasion anyway.

Margaret lives in Stamford, Connecticut with her mutt, Nymeria. She is a member of SCWBI.
