She was born in Accra, Ghana, raised in Houston, and lived like a nomad until she became a mom in 2009. She earned her BA in History at Tufts University, her Juris Doctor at Howard University’s School of Law, and an LL.M from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Before becoming a published author, she worked as a lawyer with a focus in Regulatory Compliance.
All of these experiences and places inspire her writing.
However, nothing inspires Dylan more than her lifelong love of books and reading.
