Joni Klein-Higger is an award-winning children’s book author, songwriter and musical theater playwright. Barnyard Bubbe’s Hanukkah,(Kar-Ben Publishing, 2019,) a board book Joni co-wrote with Barbara Sharf, was a #1 Amazon Best Seller and made The Washington Post Top Ten Holiday Books list. Her middle grade novel, Coby Ryan Harris is Officially Fat, won a Children’s Literary Classics Gold Award, and her picture book, Rainbow of Friendship, is the recipient of the 2015 Creative Child Magazine Book of the Year Award.
