Kimber is a writer of young adult books and a reader of everything from Emily Brontë to Pierce Brown. A former television producer and host, she won a New England Emmy Award with the magazine-style television series Styleboston and explored New England ski resorts with The Mountain Report on NBC Sports Boston. She is now the chief marketing officer for a business training company, where she practices a different type of storytelling. She is also a member of SCBWI and creator of the viral digital short on social distancing called "Time to Come In, Bear."
Kimber lives in New Hampshire with her border collie, eleven chickens, and husband Ryan, who is a para-athlete and advocate for spinal cord injury awareness.
