Kristin Prouty has spent the past twenty-five years working in the entertainment, media and self-help industries. Kristin has run publicity campaigns for masters in the self-help industry, including Dr. Joe Dispenza, Ed Mylett, Maria Menounos, and others. She has crossed all corners of pop culture by working with enormous brands and celebrities, including building the Entertainment Relations division for WWE (as Senior Vice President) and producing celebrities like the Rock, JoJo Siwa, Matthew McConnaughey, Hugh Jackman, Jon Stewart, the Bella Twins, Logan Paul, Johnny Knoxville, Snoop Dogg, and many others.

Since the death of her mother, Kristin has invested in growing three businesses that contribute to self-help and empowerment: Journey10X.com and www.Journey8.com are media platforms that generate content that empowers, uplifts and inspires. Journey 8’s non-profit - www.HeroesJourney.com - is an empowerment curriculum in schools that helps kids take a stand around personal issues and develop a talk around it to produce to their communities. Heroes Journey has been tested in schools nationally and is also currently being taught in Malaysia.

Kristin received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Tisch Film School at New York University (Dramatic Writing) and has written twelve screenplays and two books.
