Michael Moy spent nine years as a member of the notorious Fuk Ching gang, a criminal organization of legend. He turned his life around, joined the NYPD, and spent the next twenty-six years as an exemplary officer and detective. Upon retiring, he discovered a passion for documenting and preserving the history of Chinatown gangs in New York City. He created the Chinatown Gang Stories YouTube channel to feature interviews with many of the key players. He spends his free time traveling, reading, fishing, and watching documentaries. In 2026, he found himself on a new adventure by being offered a role in the Peacock TV series Superfakes with Lucy Liu. He lives in New York and in the Philippines with his family.
