Mike Ajnsztajn is a serial entrepreneur and participates in an international network of investors, Angels, Venture Capital, and Private Equity funds. He is the founder and ACE Startups, the largest startup accelerator in Latin America In addition, he is also the Founder and Chairman of the Board of GVAngels , one of the largest and most active angel investing groups in Brazil.

Mike is fluent in five languages and grew up in Brazil ,in a family that was an amalgam of nationalities; a Polish father , Egyptian mother and German sister. Mike married an American Jersey girl, his family is the real Tower of Babel.

After graduation from business school, Mike worked for large multinational companies and had the opportunity to live many years in Paris and China. He decided to abandon a prominent executive career to return to Brazil and spend a few months with his father, that was diagnosed with terminal cancer, before becoming an entrepreneur and starting his first business.
Nowadays, Mike divides his time between Sāo Paulo and New Jersey, where he lives with his wife and a smart border collie.
