Stacey Moffat learned early on that a sense of humour is essential in life. Now she incorporates that humour into picture books and novels for kids.

Stacey started her career as an elementary school teacher. When she and her husband started a family, raising three unique children made for some bumps in the road.
She’s written about some of those bumps on her own blog, More Than Words, and on Bloom, a blog by Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital.

An alumna of Whale Rock Literary Workshops Mentorship Program, Stacey was also published in Exceptional Family Magazine. She is a member of SCBWI and CANSCAIP.
