Stephanie has a strong record of award-nominated television, having executive produced the Emmy-nominated special “National Puerto Rican Day Parade” for NBC, Emmy-nominated “Annual New York Magazine Show” in Studio 8H (SNL) for NBC, and NBC syndicated show “Hispanics Today.’”
Stephanie produced and directed the Premio Lo Nuestro nominated video, “Tu Amor,” for merengue queen Olga Tanon, produced Julio Iglesias’ “Baila Morena,” and directed the Telly-Award winning Celine Dion video, “Sola Otra Vez.”
Stephanie first delivered ground-breaking television to US Latinos with Latin Access, the first nationally syndicated entertainment program focusing on Latin content in an English format. She helped to clear the NBC O&O’s herself and sell advertising in order to get the show on the air.
Arnold sat on the Florida Chapter of NARAS (National Recording Academy: Grammys) and the national board of LARAS (Latin Recording Academy).
After 27 years creating and directing TV shows, music videos and documentaries. She left the producing business in 2009 after meeting the love of her life. From that point on, the only thing she wanted to produce was a family.
It was during the birth of her second child that Stephanie suffered a rare condition called an amniotic fluid embolism and died on the operating table for 37 Seconds.

Dinah Bucholz is the author of “The Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook.” She taught English before working as a copyeditor for a book publisher. A passionate pie baker known for her fine desserts, Bucholz is now a full-time mother to her four children in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Julie and David have been married for more than 33 years. They have four daughters, two of whom are biological and two adopted, and three grandchildren. Alexis Conason, PSY.D., CEDS-S, is a clinical psychologist and certified eating disorder specialist in private practice in New York City. She is the founder of The Anti-Diet Plan, a weight-inclusive online mindful eating program designed to help people stop dieting, eat more attuned with their body, and live more peaceful and pleasurable lives. Annabelle Estrada is a Mexican American writer and poet from the desert city of El Paso. A former advertising and public relations professional, she now concentrates on increasing the visibility of Latinos, whether by writing picture books, establishing El Paso Day, or proposing changing the time frame of Hispanic Heritage Month in order for it to have greater impact. She's been a guest columnist for the online news publication El Paso Matters and has had poetry featured in The Ice Colony's Latinx Anthology. You can usually find her eating queso and listening to classic rock with her husband and daughter in Dallas.
Sharon Farber graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1983 with a BA in Sociology. She is a licensed massage therapist, healer, award-winning artist, medium, teacher, and the owner of Dragonfly Healing Arts in Pine Meadow, CT. Farber is the author of Choosing to be a Medium: Experience & Share the Healing Wonder of Spirit Communication, Llewellyn Worldwide and Blackstone Audio, 2019.
Farber is a down-to-earth healer, medium, and teacher who specializes in training new to intermediate-level mediums. She chose to learn mediumship and offers support with an “if I can do it, so can you” attitude. Marcus Granderson is a podcaster, speaker, and writer based in New York City, originally from Canton, Michigan. A 2018 cum laude graduate of Harvard, Marcus created his own interdisciplinary degree curriculum, concentrating on the intersection of rhetoric and oratory. His written work has been featured in Blavity, Medium’s The Start Up, and Eden Magazine. And his debut literary collection, Timestamp: Musings of an Introverted Black Boy, was released in September 2019.
Melissa Guida-Richardsis an author, adoptee, and advocate based in Pennsylvania. Her latest book, What White Parents Should Know About Transracial Adoption, will be out on October 5th, but is currently available for preorder anywhere books are sold. She was adopted in 1993 from Colombia to a family in the USA. Her viral essay, "My Adoptive Parents Hid My Racial Identity From Me for 19 Years," was published in Huffington Post in April 2019. She soon launched the Adoptee Thoughts Instagram and Podcast to help elevate adoptee voices and educate adoptive parents on the nuances and complexity of adoption.
Guida-Richards graduated from SUNY Fredonia in 2015 and published her first book Bedtime, The Ultimate Battle in January 2020. Her work has appeared in Huffington Post, Zora by Medium, Electric Lit, and more. She has been on podcasts such as NPR's Code Switch, BBC Radio 4, The Adoption and Fostering Podcast, and Do the Work, and has appeared on panels such as We the Experts: Adoptee Speaker Series.
